NEW DETAILS ON VACCINE MANDATE FOR EMPLOYERS WITH MORE THAN 100 WORKERS
While it is possible the U.S. Supreme Court could block the mandate again, the mandate is currently moving forward, the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry announced Minnesota OSHA is preparing to adopt the Emergency Temporary Standard as soon as January 7, 2022 but "will not issue citations for noncompliance with any of the requirements until January 10, 2022, and it will not issue citations for the testing requirements until February 9, 2022, so long as businesses are making 'good faith' efforts to implement the rules."
