The Faribault Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking dedicated civic groups and organizations to partner with us on upcoming community events. Your group’s involvement is essential to creating vibrant and memorable experiences for our residents and visitors.

July 19th – Faribault Car Cruise Nights

  • Traffic Volunteers – 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Clean Up – 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm

July 23rd & 24th – Bike MS Ride Across MN (Faribault Stop)

The Bike MS – Ride Across MN tour arrives on July 23rd, and we need your help to make their visit unforgettable. Whether you’re strong and ready to tackle luggage or prefer a different way to contribute, there’s a volunteer opportunity for you!

Be a Part of the Crew:

  • Luggage Handling: Volunteers needed to assist with unloading and reloading luggage at the Rice County Fairgrounds.
    • Unloading: July 23rd, 9:00 am – 11:00 am (6-8 Volunteers)
    • Reloading: July 24th, 6:00 am – 8:00 am (6-8 Volunteers) 
  • Bike Corral: Securely park arriving cyclists’ bikes, Assist cyclists in retrieving their bikes after the festivities, and Maintain a safe and organized bike storage area.
    • July 23rd: 9:30 am – 11:00 am (1-2 Volunteers)
    • July 23rd: 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm (2 Volunteers)
    • July 23rd: 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm (2 Volunteers)
    • July 24th: 5:30 am – 8:30 am (1-2 Volunteers)
  • Site Setup and Teardown
    • July 23rd: 9:00 am – 11:00 am (2 Volunteers)
    • July 24th: 7:15 am – 9:00 am (2 Volunteers)
  • Photographer
    • July 23rd: Starting at 10:30 am Preferred (1-2 Volunteers)
  • First Aid Trained Volunteers for Rest Stops 

August 2nd & 3rd – Blue Collar Music Festival
